1. Ace Promotions Online Limited is offering online games of skill and judgment.

2. This competition is open to all persons aged eighteen and over, except: -
· Employees of Ace Promotions Online Limited or any members of their immediate family.
· Agents or any other persons who are connected with the creation or administration of this competition.

3. By entering the Ace Promotions Online competition, you hereby warrant that all information submitted by you is true, accurate, current and complete. The entrant will be deemed to have read and understood these rules and to be bound by them and by any other requirements set out in any related promotional material. The competition is governed by English Law and any matters relating to the competition will be resolved under English Law and the Courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction. By accepting these terms and conditions you confirm that you are not breaching any laws in your country of residence regarding the legality of entering our competition unlawfully. Ace Promotions Online will not be held responsible for any entrant entering any of our competitions unlawfully. If in any doubt you should leave this website immediately and check with the relevant authorities in your country.

4. There is no limit to the number of entry selections per person, per competition. There is a purchase requirement to enter a competition. There is no charge to register for use of the Ace Promotions Online website. Entries can only be accepted via the Ace Promotions Online website and payment is via PayPal Website Payments Pro.

5. To enter the Ace Promotions Online competition follow the on-screen competition instructions and use all the information shown in the photograph displayed on the computer screen, from which the original ball has been permanently erased, and use your skill and judgment to correctly identify the grid co-ordinates within which you consider the most likely position of the centre of the ball. Click on the screen to mark this spot, you will be able to see the co-ordinates you have chosen at the bottom of the screen. These will then be saved and can be viewed in the ‘Entry Manager’. When you have completed your entry/entries and are ready to purchase your ticket/tickets follow the on screen instructions to provide your contact details and then your credit/debit card details. When your credit/debit card payment is cleared we will then contact you by email to confirm your entry into the competition. Please note that when entering online you will not be deemed entered into the competition until we confirm your ticket/tickets details back to you by email.
The competitions closing date will be indicated on the relevant entry details. As soon as possible after the closing date the actual centre of the ball co-ordinates will then be checked against the database of co-ordinates to mathematically calculate which of the competitors in the relevant competition matches the ball co-ordinates, and therefore the winner of the prize. The winner will be the person who correctly identifies the centre of the ball co-ordinates, or if no one is correct, who is closest to the grid square within which the centre of the ball was located.

6. In the event of a tie, those competitors with the same co-ordinates will be entered into a draw. This draw will be supervised and undertaken by an independent adjudicator/lawyer who will select the winner. All decisions of Ace Promotions Online will be final and binding on the competitors and no correspondence will be entered into. All competitors are automatically entered onto Ace Promotions Online database for the purpose of conveying information as to the status of their competition, as well as for any future promotions, competitions or deals offered by Ace Promotions Online.

7. The winner will be notified at the address, telephone number or email address given in the contact details within 21 days of the closing date of the relevant competition.
The results and details of the winner will be displayed on the Ace Promotions Online website. Any entrant may check the results of competitions at our website.

8. The winner will be required to send a copy of their passport to Ace Promotions Online to confirm their identity and age. The winner will also be required to prove that when the purchase was made by credit/debit card that the card was legally theirs or they had authorisation to use it, before any prize will be paid or delivered. The winner will also be required to provide photographs for use in future marketing by Ace Promotions Online.

Following receipt and verification of the details above by Ace Promotions Online, the winner will be contacted in order to make arrangements for delivery of the prize.

9. Acceptance of the prize by the winner gives Ace Promotions Online the right to use the prize-winner’s name, personal photograph and home country for promotional purposes, both immediately after their win and in the future, unless prohibited by law.

Winners may also be requested to take part in promotional activities and Ace Promotions Online reserves the right to use the names and addresses of winners. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to any third party without the individual's prior consent.

10. Ace Promotions Online reserves the right to cancel any competition, for any reason, before the designated closing date. In these circumstances Ace Promotions Online reserves the right at its sole discretion to transfer the customer’s ticket into another competition for which the ticket price is at least the same or more than the original price paid. Ace Promotions Online also reserves the right at its sole discretion to extend the closing date of any time limited competition.

11. No responsibility will be accepted by Ace Promotions Online for failed, partial or garbled computer transmissions, for any computer, cable, network, electronic or internet hardware or software malfunctions, failures, connections, availability, for acts or omissions of any service provider, internet, accessibility or availability or traffic congestion or unauthorised human act.

12. Ace Promotions Online makes no representations or warranties as to the quality/suitability of any of the goods or services offered as prizes. Except for liability for death or personal injury caused by the negligence of Ace Promotions Online. Ace Promotions Online shall not be liable for any loss suffered or sustained to person or property including, but not limited to, consequential (including economic) loss by reason of any act or omission by Ace Promotions Online or its servants or agents, in connection with the arrangement for supply, or the supply, of any goods by any person to the prize winner and, where applicable, to any family/persons accompanying the winner, or in connection with any of the competitions promoted by Ace Promotions Online.

13. All prizes are subject to availability, equivalent alternatives will be offered, some but not all prizes will have a cash alternative.

14. Data Protection Notice:
Any personal data that you supply to Ace Promotions Online or authorise Ace Promotions Online to   obtain from a third party, for example, a credit card company, will be used by Ace Promotions Online:
· to administer the competition.
